What payment method can I use?

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed.
  • Our store features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is placed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
  • Apple Pay: Apple users browsing from a phone or tablet device that have Apple Pay enabled may make purchases using their Apple Pay account.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I place an order?

Orders placed and shipped to the United States should expect to receive their orders within three (3) to seven (7) business days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. Order processing could take up to 3 business days. If you are in need of expedited shipping, please reach out to shop@theclassiccase.com with the desired product and we will provide a more accurate estimate.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. To request a refund or exchange, please email us at shop@theclassiccase.com and a representative will get back to you in 24-48 hours.

How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to. In case of a change in shipping address once an order has been placed, please email shop@theclassiccase.com with your order number and new shipping address. A shipping address can be changed only if the order has not been shipped from our factory.

How do I activate my account?

The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at shop@theclassiccase.com.

What happens if there has been a delivery mishap to my order (damaged or lost delivery)?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any order that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at shop@theclassiccase.com.

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

  1. In the event of damaged product received, we will require photo proof of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any product that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at shop@theclassiccase.com.
  2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the shipping processor and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we will re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

What if I have not received part of my order?

If you're missing part of your order, it is possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large. Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel. If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us ASAP at shop@theclassiccase.com.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add stop@theclassiccase.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us.
